Beth is an attorney with Halbach | Szwarc Law Firm, helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate estate planning, business succession, and estate administration. She began her career at Disability Rights South Dakota, spending several years advocating for individuals with disabilities on a wide range of legal issues. Beth has been recognized locally and nationally for her dedication to expanding legal access and service to her profession. Beth received her undergraduate and law degree from the University of South Dakota. She is a past president of the SD Young Lawyers Section and served as the SD Young Lawyer representative to the American Bar Association House of Delegates for six years. Beth is deeply committed to community involvement, supporting initiatives that promote legal access, protect human rights, and foster community development.
