Employment Disability Resources!
We are a Sioux Falls nonprofit organization that promotes the employment of people with disabilities in the local workforce. People with disabilities represent the third largest market segment in the U.S. By proactively employing people with disabilities, businesses can better understand how to meet the needs of this growing customer base.
Education & Resources
We provide training and resources on hiring and working with persons with disabilities. We are a source for resources on tax incentives, on-the-job coaching and other resources.
Disability Awareness
We raise awareness through our established Disability Employment Partner program for businesses. We also promote National Disability Employment Awareness Month events each year in October.
Events
We provide information to businesses on all facets of working with and hiring persons with disabilities through in-person and online events and National Disability Awareness Month.
